Instructions:

Bagels need to be
thawed before
baking. Best done
in the
refridgerator, and
they will last up to
5 days. Then bake
on a sheet pan at  
400° for 5 to 8
minutes. Cool for
30 minutes before
serving.

We will be open for safe, onsite shopping starting Friday, January 8th!
Our hours of operation will be 9:00 to 5:30, 7 days a week! If there is a
snow storm or if temperatures are bitterly cold, we may have to close
temporarily. Lets hope for a mild winter!

Serene Green will be posting the list of what is available and we ask

have your order ready within 24-48 hours. If you live in Sag Harbor and
need a delivery, please request when ordering. Again, delivery would
only be for the immune compormised or elderly.
